Stretch resistant microfiber uppers make it easier to pull up through the pedal stroke and keep the feet firmly positioned over the pedals, while mesh inserts and Louis Garneau’s X-Comfort Zone technology provide cooling comfort for a wide range of feet shapes and sizes. A very stiff and well-ventilated full carbon sole is attached to the uppers for incredible power transfer to the pedals, and long ovalized cleat mounting holes do their part to help align the foot and leg over the pedal to optimize performance and reduce pain. Dual BOA Li2 retention systems independently dial in the fit of the toe-box/forefoot area and the security around the heel cup/ankle opening, and an Ergo Air Transfo 3D insole with adjustable arch support relieves pressure on the foot and can help align the leg over the pedals for optimal performance and reduced pain.
