Velocio Women’s Ultralight Bib Shorts Description: The Velocio Women’s Ultralight Bib Shorts are designed to provide the breathability, support, and comfort needed for a cyclist to perform their best on hot summer days. Velocio started by using the lightest weight stretch woven compression fabric they could use to allow the shorts to breath and essentially disappear when worn, but still thick enough to be durable and to cover the riders skin so they don’t have to wear anything over them when out in public. This fabric is cut into 5 anatomical shapes to move the seams out of the way, and raw edges throughout the shorts create a smoother appearance without restricting the riders movements. Not to be outdone, an ultralight and well-ventilated HD chamois utilizes multiple densities of foam to provide the support and anti-chaffing protection needed to be able to tackle any cycling event and/or adventure. What sets these shorts apart from other bib shorts is a unique strap connection and back panel design that form Velocio’s FlyFree Drop-Tail design. When riding like normal, these shorts behave like traditional bib shorts with minimal sliding and excellent comfort, but if nature calls necessitating a pit stop, the back of these shorts are designed to stretch down and out of the way without having to take off any layers first, simplifying things and making it much faster to get back on the bike. Finally, mesh shoulder straps and silicone grippers within the leg openings keep the shorts firmly in place, and when every part of these shorts are crafted together the result is a set of bib shorts that will enable a rider to comfortably have a lot of fun out in the hot sun.
